Cool Cards present the finest range of contemporary and innovative paper greeting cards and birthday cards online.

We do not currently offer an online greeting card personalisation service.

Greeting card orders are dispatched directly to you, the customer.

Cool Cards do not currently accept work from external designers nor supply other businesses. We are an independent retail outlet only.

All images on Cool Cards are protected by copyright. The images shown are greatly reduced in quality as compared to the actual greeting cards. The card designs may change over time, the images presented here are the most recent that we are aware of.

Safe Shopping

Buying your cards could not be easier. Click the "Buy" button to select each card that you want to add to your shopping basket (You can remove any card/s from your shopping basket at any time). After you have finished your selection/s, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

PayPal or HSBC Secure ePayments

Many of our customers already have PayPal accounts as used by - and owned by - eBay, we confidently offer this payment option in addition to our HSBC Bank Secure ePayments service. We accept credit/debit card payments which are securely processed by either PayPal or our business bank, HSBC.
HSBC won the 2007 Credit Card Awards "Best security / anti fraud development".

Should you select our HSBC Secure ePayment option please be aware that if you provide a delivery address which differs to the registered card-holders address it may be withheld by HSBC for security purposes and to ensure your online protection.
We are not automatically informed by HSBC if this occurs.
If you have not received your order within 4 working days please relply to your automated order receipt confirmation and we will investigate.

To ensure your complete security you will be transferred to the PayPal or HSBC Secure ePayments website where the 'Golden Padlock' security symbol will show at the bottom right of your web browser.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Postage and Delivery

Free UK delivery on all UK orders over £5.99.

UK orders below £5.99 are charged £0.99p

Delivery outside of the UK is charged at £2.49.

We'll do our utmost to process your order on the day we receive your order.
The majority of mainland UK Cool Cards orders are processed same day and delivered next day.

Your order will be dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail post in sturdy, board-backed packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Credit Card Security

Our e-commerce site allows you to buy our goods online in a safe and secure way. Credit card numbers are securely processed using 128 bit encryption by PayPal or HSBC, our business bank. They are not held by coolcards.co.uk nor in clear text on any web site.

The "Golden Padlock" visible in your browsers status bar during the checkout process is your peace of mind for internet security.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of your order payment to PayPal/HSBC. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Your details will never be disclosed to third parties without your permission.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy

Under the Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations private purchasers have the right to cancel the order up to 7 days after receipt of items if the items have not been used. This does not apply to items made to a purchasers own specification eg: personalised cards.

Cancellation of orders must be made by letter, fax or email. A phone call cancellation is not enough. It is the customers duty to take full care of all items.

Returning of items is the resonsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. Failure to return at the customers expense (except where the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract) Cool Cards will recover the items and offset the amount against any refund due. If the items are faulty or do not comply with the contract Cool Cards will be liable for return charges.

Refunds for returned and cancelled orders will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days of return.

The Home Shopping : Distance Selling Regulations does not apply to Business purchases.

In short: If you're not happy: Send it back. Full refund. No problem.
