About us:
Since January 2005 Cool Cards have sought to present the finest range of contemporary and innovative paper greeting cards and birthday cards online.

Cool Cards are an independent retail outlet.
We do not currently accept work from external designers nor supply other businesses.

Designers, Artists and shop-owners please visit the Greeting Card Association , Greetings Today or Cool Cards Blog for further information.

All images on Cool Cards are protected by copyright. The images shown are greatly reduced in quality as compared to the actual greeting cards. The card designs may change over time, the images presented here are the most recent that we are aware of.

Payment and International orders


PayPal:

We accept all major credit and debit card payments which are securely processed by PayPal.

You do not need to hold an account with PayPal in order to make your payment to Cool Cards.

Delivery charges:

Free UK delivery with orders over £5.99
UK orders below £5.99 are charged just £0.99

Worldwide International Airmail: £3.99*
*Single rate charge, regardless of order quantity.

Non UK customers:
We accept all International orders.

Personalised Cards


How to personalise your cards:

1. Select your card and Add to Cart.

2. Add your message to be printed on the inside of your chosen card on the Personalised Cards page.

3. Select date for posting and Add to Cart.



Post to the recipient:
The accompanying envelope to your personalised card will be printed with the recipients name and delivery address, 1st Class postage applied and posted to the recipient on your chosen posting date.

The posting date is the date we POST the card and NOT the day it will be delivered.

Post to you:
If the recipients name and address is not provided, your personalised card and blank envelope will be sent directly to you via First Class Royal Mail or Airmail post in sturdy, board-backed packaging.

Our system allows for one delivery address per order.

Please order before 5.00pm for same day order processing.
Same day ordering, personalisation and posting cannot be guaranteed.
The majority of mainland UK Cool Cards orders are processed same day and delivered next day.

Our system does not allow for multiple delivery addresses per order.



Personalised Cards - Posting Dates


The posting date is the date we POST the card and NOT the day it will be delivered.

Cards are posted First Class Royal Mail or Airmail from the UK.

UK Mainland
Approximately 90% of First Class Royal Mail deliveries arrive the day after posting.

International Airmail
Usually arrive within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world.

Your cards will be posted and contained within stiff board-backed packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Personalised cards:
If the recipients name and address is not provided, your personalised card/s and blank envelope/s will be sent directly to you and contained within stiff board-backed packaging.

We do our utmost to process your order on the day we receive your order.
Please order before 5.00pm for same day order processing.
The majority of mainland UK Cool Cards orders are processed same day and delivered next day.



Personalised Cards - Confidentiality


We do not spell-check nor proof-read your message. It will be printed exactly as entered on the Personalised Cards page.

If you order a card to be posted directly to the recipient there will be no personal information of you as the sender unless you include it with your message.

If the recipient contacts us wanting to know who sent the card we will not disclose your identity.
We may offer to pass on any comments to you by email.
